    At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the remnants of Fifteen-E were located
    near latitude 15.5 North, longitude 125.8 West. The remnants are
    moving toward the west-southwest near 12 mph (19 km/h) and this
    motion is expected to continue through the next day or so.
     
    Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts.
    Gradual weakening is expected through Wednesday as the remnants 
    continue to decay.
     
    The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).

    West. The depression is moving toward the west-southwest near 12 mph
    (19 km/h) and this general motion is expected to continue through 
    tomorrow or until it dissipates.
     
    Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts.
    This system is forecast to dissipate within a day or so.
     
    The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).

    West. The depression is moving toward the west near 10 mph (17 km/h)
    and this general motion is expected to continue for the next few 
    days.
     
    Maximum sustained winds remain near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher 
    gusts. Some slight strengthening is possible during the next day or 
    so, and the depression could become a tropical storm Tuesday or 
    Wednesday. The system is expected to weaken beginning Wednesday 
    night.
     
    The estimated minimum central pressure is 1005 mb (29.68 inches).
