    At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the remnants of Julio were located near 
    latitude 21.0 North, longitude 119.5 West. The remnants are moving 
    toward the north near 25 mph (41 km/h) and are expected to move 
    northwestward into the circulation of Iselle tonight.
     
    Maximum sustained winds are near 45 mph (75 km/h) with higher gusts.
    Weakening is expected as the remnants decay tonight.
     
    Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 90 miles (150 km)
    from the center.
     
    The estimated minimum central pressure is 1003 mb (29.62 inches).

    At 800 AM PDT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Julio was
    located near latitude 18.0 North, longitude 118.9 West. Julio is
    moving toward the north-northeast near 22 mph (35 km/h).  This 
    general motion is expected to continue today. 
     
    Maximum sustained winds are near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher gusts.
    Little change in strength is forecast before Julio becomes absorbed 
    by Tropical Storm Iselle later today.
     
    Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 175 miles (280 km)
    from the center.
     
    The estimated minimum central pressure is 1001 mb (29.56 inches).

    general motion with an increase in forward speed is expected today.
     
    Maximum sustained winds have increased to near 45 mph (75 km/h) with 
    higher gusts. Slight strengthening is forecast today before Julio 
    becomes absorbed by Tropical Storm Iselle tonight.
     
    Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 160 miles (260 km)
    from the center.
     
    The estimated minimum central pressure is 1003 mb (29.62 inches).

    At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Ten-E 
    was located near latitude 14.5 North, longitude 120.3 West. The 
    depression is moving toward the north-northeast near 9 mph (15 
    km/h). This motion with an increase in forward speed is expected 
    tonight and Tuesday.
     
    Maximum sustained winds remain near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher 
    gusts. Slight strengthening is forecast, and the depression could 
    become a tropical storm early Tuesday before it becomes absorbed by 
    Iselle later that day.
     
    The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).
